Yamal, Yadayakhodyyakha River (827)

The specimen was cross-dated by R. Hantemirov in late 1990s using tree-ring width measurements. In 2013 Vladymir Kukarskiy separated the rings for 774/775 AD event study. The radiocarbon study was published first in Jull et al 2014, which included the Yamal C14 series measured on the tree specimen. Radiocarbon Lab ID of the Yamal measurement had been labeled as PU* (Polar Ural). Later the C-14 series was included in Buentgen et al., 2018 and marked as RUS20.
